Victoria Briem — Founder and Managing Director
Victoria leads the company and owns its commercial and legal foundation. Her 16 years of work in IT and IP law shape the parts of the product that operators rarely see but always need when a dispute arises with an apartment owner or a contractor.

Walter Briem — Platform Architect and Lead Developer
Walter designed the BriemChain AI platform and personally configures every new property at launch. His engineering background was formed in Germany, and that school shows in how the system is put together: a single intake for every channel, AI classification and auto-assignment by specialisation, a knowledge-base-driven multilingual assistant, SLA control and reporting.
